Zen Garden

Ingredients:

Green Tea Hyson, Lemongrass, Spearmint, Lemon Peel, Ginger

🍵 Brewing Instructions

Category: Green Tea (contains caffeine)

Water Temperature: 175°F (80°C) — do not use boiling water

Steep Time: 2 to 3 minutes

Dosage: 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz (240 ml) cup, or 1 tablespoon per 12 oz mug

Instructions:

Boil water and let cool slightly. Warm your vessel. Measure tea. Pour water over leaves. Cover and steep 2–3 minutes (longer = bitter). Strain and enjoy.

Cold Brew Method: Use 1.5 tablespoons per 32 oz cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours. Strain.
