The Crust

A tender, flaky pastry made with organic unbleached wheat flour, vegetable shortening, a touch of raw sugar, and a pinch of sea salt. It's crisp on the edges, soft in the center, and made from scratch.


The Filling

Real fruit. Always. No artificial anything. Each flavor is carefully balanced—bright, sweet, and just tart enough to keep you coming back.


The Icing

A delicate drizzle made with powdered sugar and real fruit, finished with a smooth almond milk base (almonds, water, Himalayan sea salt). Light, silky, and made to match the filling inside.
